Aged Over 2 Years

Finishing the maturing process in Bardstown, Kentucky, often referred to as the “Bourbon Capital of the World,” it is in the heart of the Bluegrass Region with rolling hills, lush green pastures, and fertile farmland. Bardstown has a humid subtropical climate with warm, humid summers and mild to cool winters. These weather conditions contribute to the unique aging process of bourbon, as the seasonal temperature changes affect the interaction between the whiskey and the barrels.
