For those of you who have had our Small Batch 101 proof, you must try our first-to-market High Proof Cask Strength Single Barrels. We hand-selected our top two barrels for the year and now present them to you. Only 360 BOTTLES have been produced for our April One FY-2023 season.  

Our first ever Single Barrel release. “THE BLACK LABEL” as we call it is the heart of our Small Batch 101 label.

I like to mix it up! So, I did! Both carefully hand-selected barrels will all be combined into one pot. Meaning we will not be separating the two proofs to buy one of each bottle.

APRIL ONE BOURBON WHISKEY: Cask Strength Single Barrel 

Product: Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey 

Mash Bill: 75% Corn / 21% Rye / 4% Barley Malt 

Barrel #1: Proof 123.4 

Barrel #2: Proof 122.2  

Age: 3 years for these two single barrels 

This single-barrel bourbon was distilled at Bardstown Bourbon Company, Kentucky in 2020, aged for 2 years at the distillery, and then transferred to Longmont, Colorado where they have laid at rest until now. The whiskey takes on a deep color, rich profile, and a more concentrated alcohol experience from the higher altitude aging. Aromas of deep dark chocolate and caramel will take you to a place of pure bliss.
